The Saatva Adjustable Bases work with a headboard. Universal headboard brackets are not included with delivery but can be purchased directly from Leggett & Platt or a third-party retailer such as Amazon. You can then install a headboard to those brackets.
You can't use a footboard with The Saatva Adjustable Bases.
