Saatva mattress lifetime warranty
We warrant that your Saatva mattress will be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal residential care and use, for as long as you, the original purchaser, own it. Every Saatva mattress is protected under an unprecedented warranty which features our “Fairness Replacement Option".
Following are the details of our “Friends for Life” warranty:
If your Saatva mattress is deemed defective:
- For the first 2 years of the Friends for Life warranty, Saatva will replace your mattress with a new one at absolutely no charge to you.
- Starting in year 3 and for as long as you own your mattress, we will completely repair and re-cover your Saatva mattress. You will be responsible only for a $149 processing fee.

Separately, and solely at your option, Saatva offers an unprecedented Fairness Replacement Option should your bed be deemed defective.
If you choose this option, in all circumstances you keep your original mattress for your personal use. Instead of Saatva repairing your existing mattress:-
• From years 3 to 5, we will deliver and set up a new Saatva mattress for only 50% of the original full retail price at the time of purchase.
• From years 6 to 10, we will replace your mattress for 60% of the original full retail price at the time of purchase.
• From years 11 to 15, we will replace your mattress for 80% of the original full retail price at the time of purchase. - A processing fee of $99 will apply.

Fairness Replacement Option may only be used once per customer.
- When using the Fairness Replacement Option, the replacement mattress must be the same exact Saatva mattress type, size & comfort level as the original mattress purchased.

The Fairness Replacement Option does not come with a new 365-night home trial. The replacement mattress is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Your warranty will remain valid if the mattress has been used on a platform bed with either a solid surface or slats spaced less than 4" apart and a center support for queen and larger sizes.
- For Saatva HD mattress, we highly recommend that you apply a layer of solid surface (e.g. plywood, masonite board, or bunkie board) to better preserve the longevity and integrity of the mattress.
- For Zenhaven mattress, it is required that you apply a layer of solid surface (i.e. plywood, masonite board) over platform bed slats so as to preserve the longevity and integrity of the 2-sided mattress. A solid surface will allow the bottom side to compress evenly and create level distribution throughout the base of the mattress.

Your warranty will remain valid if your adjustable base-compatible Saatva mattress is used on an adjustable base. This only applies to the following Saatva mattresses that are compatible with adjustable bases:
- Saatva Classic (11.5" height only)
- Solaire Adjustable Mattress
- Saatva Latex Hybrid
- Loom & Leaf
- Zenhaven
- Memory Foam Hybrid

Saatva Rx
The following Saatva mattress cannot be used on an adjustable base, attempting to do so will void the warranty. - Saatva Classic 14.5" height
- Saatva HD
- Saatva Youth
- If you are using a standard frame, the warranty shall be void if the foundation is not supported by a 5- or 6-legged bed frame on queen or larger sizes. Queen and larger size frames must have vertical center support.
- If you have a full or twin size bed, your warranty will be valid with the use of a 4-legged metal frame.
- Warranty does not apply if the mattress has been stained, burned or otherwise abused, damaged, or tampered with.
- This warranty, and its terms, is valid only within the Continental United States. Warranty claims, including replacements, repairs, or any other warranty service, are only available within the continental U.S. at the time of the claim. We do not provide warranty coverage or ship warranty replacements outside of the continental United States.
- Your Saatva warranty is valid only to the original purchaser.
- In order to provide the most optimum sleep comfort, this premium product contains only the finest quality materials. As with all premium sleep products, certain body impressions and adaptations will take place as your mattress adjusts to your particular body shape. This is to be expected and is part of the performance of your mattress. Body impressions greater than 1.5" are covered by the warranty.

Solaire mattress lifetime warranty
We warrant that your Solaire mattress will be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal residential care and use, for as long as you, the original purchaser, own it. Following are the details of our Solaire “Friends for Life” warranty.
If your Solaire mattress is deemed defective:
- Anytime during the 5-year period following your delivery date, it will be professionally repaired at absolutely no cost to you.
- From years 6–10 you are responsible for 50% of the cost of the part(s) and related processing. Saatva will cover 100% of the labor costs involved.
- From years 11–15 you are responsible for 75% of the cost of the part(s) and related processing. Saatva will cover 100% of the labor costs involved.
- From years 16–20 you are responsible for 85% of the cost of the part(s) and 100% of labor and processing costs related to receiving and installation of the new part(s).
- From year 21 and for as long as you own the mattress, you are responsible for 90% of the cost of the part(s) and 100% of labor and processing costs related to receiving and installation of the new part(s).
- Separately, and solely at your option, Saatva offers an unprecedented “Fairness Replacement Option” should your bed be deemed defective.
If you choose this option, in all circumstances you keep your original mattress for your personal use. Instead of Saatva repairing your existing mattress:
