Mattresses & Furniture
All of our mattresses and furniture come with a 365-night home trial (45-night trial period for nightstands), so you have plenty of time to decide whether it's right for you. If you aren't completely satisfied, you can you can exchange for another mattress, less a $99 processing fee.
To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:
1. Enter your order number and email address in our Order Tracker or log in to your Saatva account to select the applicable order
2. Go to the order and click “View Details”
3. Click “Request a return or exchange” to select the product/s you want to exchange
4. Select the reason for exchange
5. Submit your exchange request and one of our sleep guides will contact you within 24 hours to complete your exchange.
We’ve learned that the most common reason people exchange is for a different mattress size or height, so be sure to measure the height of your bed frame, adjustable base, and/or foundation/box spring before ordering. You can also call one of our friendly sleep guides for assistance 24/7.

Saatva Adjustable Bases
Saatva Adjustable Base Plus and Saatva Adjustable Base do not include a home trial and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Bed Frames
All of our bed frames come with a 365-night home trial, so you have plenty of time to decide whether it's right for you. If you decide to exchange your furniture for another during your home trial period, you’ll only be charged a $99 processing fee for the pick up of your return item.
All Saatva bedding, Saatva Crib Mattress, lamps & dog bed come with a 45-night free returns policy.
At this time we do not have an exchange policy for these items. If you would like to exchange your merchandise, simply return your order and repurchase the item of your choice.
