As part of our white-glove service, our delivery team will set up your new mattress and take away your old mattress and foundation (or box spring) for free. All you need to do is check the box next to "Free mattress & foundation removal" at checkout. Doing so is what will ensure that the delivery team has the removal request on their workorder.
Note that there are a few items our delivery teams won't take away:
- Waterbed bases
- Adjustable bases
- Frames of any kind
- Sleep Number bases
- Stained and/or damaged mattresses & foundations/box springs
- Headboards and footboards
Notes: The delivery team is not contracted to move merchandise from room to room in the home or amend existing furniture, such as changing the headboards/footboards of a bed frame.
The mattress to be removed shouldn't have any stains or damage to it; otherwise, the delivery team has the right to refuse to remove it. This is a measure in place to maintain the integrity of every other product on their truck. If they were to remove a dirty mattress, it would compromise the other products in their truck. We're committed to making sure the products in the truck aren't toxic or dirty.
