A Certificate of Insurance (COI) can be provided for delivery. If your building/property requires a COI, we ask that you email us a copy of the sample COI for your building. We will forward that sample to our delivery team to ensure that it is filled out prior to delivery. Our email address is info@saatvamattress.com
