A Certificate of Insurance (COI) can be provided for delivery. If your building/property requires a COI, we ask that you email us a copy of the sample COI for your building. We will forward that sample to our delivery team to ensure that it is filled out prior to delivery.
NOTE: At least 24 hours advance notice is required for filling out the COI.
