Please note you must always be on the mattress when operating and using the remote. A fluctuation of 10 points is normal/expected and can be affected by environmental conditions like room temperature, being in vs out of bed, and barometric pressure.
Additionally, there is a normal 'stretching' period within the first few weeks which may cause the mattress to fluctuate more than expected. You can inflate the bed to 50 in the morning to expedite the stretching process.
Please perform the following steps to resolve or determine the air loss issue with your Solaire mattress:
• Unzip the bottom ivory zipper on the right-facing side of the mattress. Flip back the upper layer of the mattress to expose the air chambers and motor assembly.
- The mattress should look as the photo referenced below. Now, we'd check the connection between the motor and air chamber to ensure it's properly secured.
- To do this, reach under the chamber that is losing air to find the Cam-lock (black cap) or Sure-Lock connector (grey button).
Orders BEFORE March 10, 2023- THE CAM LOCK- Disconnect and then reconnect the air chamber to the motor, twisting the ring on the end of the connector clockwise until you hear/feel a click.
Orders AFTER March 10, 2023- THE SURE LOCK- To do this, reach under the chamber that is losing air to find the Sure-lock connector (grey button). Disconnect by pressing the button on the end of the connector and then reconnect the air chamber to the motor.
• Nominal changes in readout may be caused by cooling of air, temperature changes in general, or initial stretching of air chamber during the first few weeks of use.
