If you aren't completely happy with your Saatva rug during your 45-day trial period, you can request a return or exchange with the following steps:
1. Enter your order number and email address in our Order Tracker or log in to your Saatva account to select the applicable order
2. Go to the order and click “View Details”
3. Click “Request a return or exchange” to select the product/s you want to return
4. Select the reason for return or exchange
5. Submit your return/exchange request and one of our sleep guides will contact you within 24 hours to complete your return/exchange.
We’ll schedule a pick up of your rug and issue a refund for the purchase price (taxes included) to your original method of payment. You’ll only pay a $99 processing fee and we’ll take care of the rest!
